PREAMBLE

This Quality Policy with its aims and objectives are formally set and agreed by the Managing Director and all contractors.

The Managing Director is committed to ensuring that the necessary resources are provided to ensure WA Construction’s business objectives are achieved and the company remains a profitable business with the ability to respond efficiently and effectively to legislative requirements.  

QUALITY POLICY

We will continue to communicate with all team members on a regular basis to inform them of company performance and discuss any key issues affecting the business.

It is our aim to continually improve the effectiveness of the business through the implementation of Quality and Health & Safety Management Systems, regular internal audits, management review and adherence to corrective/preventive actions highlighted in the relevant review procedure.

The Health and Safety of all team members, contractors and visitors to a project site are of paramount importance.  We will ensure that all parties comply with all relevant statutory requirements and codes of practice.  This will be further enhanced by our commitment to provide a safe and healthy working environment through relevant training, regular meetings and a preventive maintenance programme.

We will continue to be responsive to our client/customers’ needs and endeavour to identify their specific requirements at the outset to prevent any problems or issues arising. This will be achieved through regular contact with clients and customers and a timely response to any concerns they may have.

We will ensure that all suppliers display their ability to satisfy our product/process requirements through external certification, regular supplier reviews and quality inspections.

The company uses the training of and communication to all team members to ensure that this policy is understood and implemented.

As Managing Director, I am fully committed to ensuring the implementation of this policy and the continual improvement of quality standards in everything we do.

This Quality Policy is a live document, and as such is regularly reviewed.
