WA Construction ensures employees receive the relevant training for their particular trade and possess the relevant CSCS certificates. Supervisors have successfully completed CITB training. Other safety certificates achieved are slinger signaller, confined spaces and sizzor lift. Specific training is always given so operatives can carry out their works in a safe manner. Method and risk assessments are carried out in advance of any works undertaken.

WA Construction employs an external Health and Safety Consultant to advise and ensure records and policies are updated.
